Mainstream 'hybrid' programmes:

Hybrid Learning is a mode of education that combines two classroom settings. It is often a hybrid between a physical classroom and online learning but at GiGi The term refers to a hybrid curriculum where students get part of their education in a mainstream school and another part at a Learning Hub.

The idea is that the mainstream school still provides lessons and/ or activities that benefit the child, even if it was just to keep the child in the well-known safe and happy school environment as much as possible, for as long as possible.

Sometimes a transition period is advised whereby the child doesn’t have to leave the school completely (yet) but can attend both GiGi and the mainstream school.

Some schools may be open-minded to give this set-up a chance and we are very willing to look into this possibility with the parent and the main stream school.

Often children and families are still connected (socially) with the mainstream school so even just attending the afternoon activities provided by the mainstream school could still be considered.

Due to the location being next to AISL we could offer a hybrid programme in cooperation with AISL depending on the needs of everyone involved.

The most known form of ‘Hybrid Learning’ is offered in our Tuition in the afternoons, holidays or weekends.
